All cold air equipment offered by CRYONiQ® has a 24 month manufacturer’s warranty on parts (Service Warranty in select markets) which can be extended at set rates upon request. For our customers, this allows comfort and ease with reliability in operation as any malfunctions or breakdowns will swiftly be taken care of by our team.
The CRYONiQ® technical team is available at all times. In case of technical issues on a CRYONiQ® device, we have the ability to remotely diagnose and repair certain issues. Each device can be connected via Wi-Fi which allows our technicians to see the problem remotely and to react much quicker. Correct operation procedure and safety of the general public is our company’s priority. That is why training is always an integral part of every purchase from CRYONiQ® or our partners. During the training session, the technical engineer presents various essential security measures that must be respected. Nitrogen filling, operation of the cold air wellness chamber, the importance of the operator’s presence during sessions are just some of the topics covered. Questions on aspects of operation may be asked during the course.
